Merchandise Vendor Requirements
1. Application Fee: $125.00
2. Fill out the application.
3. Once your application is approved, send an electronic payment using the website.
4. All vendors must be prepared to sell at 9:30am.
5. Each vendor will have 10x10 space. Pop-ups not provided. Must supply own tent, table, and chairs.
6. Vendor must provide donation item for opportunity drawing.
7. No food shall be sold in the booth (Only pre-packaged items.)
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
(Execution of this agreement is required as part of the vendor application)
The undersigned agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend any actions against Hui OHawaii San Diego, the concert venue, or any other sponsors, and/or volunteers against all liabilities whatsoever arising out of their participation in this Hui O Hawaii of San Diego event, including stolen, lost or damaged possessions.
