2. If you are using pre-recorded music, the music needs to be downloaded to a playback device.
3. You will need to indicate what type of device you are using so the sound tech can properly prepare.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
(Execution of this agreement is required as part of the vendor application)
The undersigned agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend any actions against Hui OHawaii San Diego, the concert venue, or any other sponsors, and/or volunteers against all liabilities whatsoever arising out of their participation in this Hui O Hawaii of San Diego event, including stolen, lost or damaged possessions.
